Why this role exists
Glavia is a small Warsaw team that runs paid performance for brands across the US and Europe. We measure first and decorate later — tracking and attribution before creative, revenue before vanity metrics. We've grown to the point where one strong senior can't be a pair of hands anymore; we need someone who owns accounts end-to-end and starts pulling juniors up to their level.
This is not a button-pusher seat. You'll set the standard for how campaigns are planned, measured, and reported here — and you'll have the room to do it, because there's no corporate layer between you and the decisions.
What you'll own
- Full lifecycle of paid campaigns across Meta and Google (and the channels that actually move the number for a given client) — strategy, build, optimization, scaling.
- Measurement you can defend: clean tracking, sane attribution, and reporting that ties spend to revenue rather than to impressions.
- Direct relationships with clients in the US and Europe — you present the work, explain the numbers, and own the outcome.
- The quality bar for the team: reviewing juniors' work, setting process, and mentoring the next people we hire. Formal people-management grows into the role over time.
- Spotting where a client's funnel actually leaks — and saying so, even when it's not the ad account's fault.
What we're looking for
- 6+ years running paid performance campaigns with real budgets and real accountability for results.
- Deep, hands-on Meta Ads and Google Ads experience — you've scaled accounts, not just maintained them.
- Genuine comfort with numbers: you reach for the data before the opinion, and you can read GA4, pixels/CAPI, and attribution without hand-holding.
- You've worked with international clients and can hold a room in fluent English, in writing and on calls.
- Early signs of leadership — you've mentored, set process, or owned a client relationship without a manager in the middle.
- Flexibility to overlap with US and European client hours when it matters (not every day, but it happens).
Nice to have
- Experience with server-side tracking, GTM, and consent-mode setups.
- Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certifications.
- Exposure to other channels — TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic — or to e-commerce and lead-gen funnels specifically.
What you get
- 15,000–18,000 PLN gross per month (≈ €3,500–4,200), set within that range against our internal benchmark for the level you come in at.
- A new MacBook and a fully paid tool stack — you don't fight for software here.
- Annual learning & certification budget — courses, Blueprint, conferences, whatever keeps you sharp.
- Performance bonus tied to the results you actually drive for clients.
- Hybrid setup from our Warsaw office, with flexible hours around client time zones.
- Real ownership: you talk to clients directly, your work ships, and decisions don't disappear into three layers of approval.
- A small, senior team where good work is visible and growth is fast — including into formal team leadership.
