The client
Botland is one of Poland's largest online-only electronics stores — no physical shops, everything sold online. The catalogue runs deep: 3D printers and filaments, sensors, batteries, diodes, converters, displays (down to e-paper), prototyping boards, single-board computers, memory, integrated circuits, servos, motors and just about every mechanical and electronic component a maker or engineer could need.
The challenge
Botland was already running Facebook Ads on its home market. The brief had two halves: tighten and scale the Polish account, then launch, run and optimise campaigns in two new markets — Czechia and Germany — without letting efficiency slip as spend grew.
What we did
We built the Facebook Ads strategy from the ground up: locked down clean analytics, designed a campaign structure that could scale, and set up reporting in Google Data Studio so every decision was tied to a number rather than a hunch.
Each market — PL, CZ and DE — got its own DABA and DPA campaigns. DABA was split by gender and age; DPA was split by funnel stage (View Content, Add to Cart, Purchase) so budget always followed real buying intent instead of spreading thin.
The results
Across all three markets, the sales campaigns held a return on ad spend of 800%. The share of company revenue coming from foreign markets grew from 21% to 39%, and revenue generated through social-media channels increased sevenfold.
