The client
Warren James has supplied some of the best-value jewellery on the UK market for over 40 years, with a large network of shops and a deep online catalogue — rings, earrings, chains, necklaces and much more.
The challenge
One clear goal: generate more sales on the website. With a catalogue that broad, the real work was figuring out which categories deserved budget — and which were quietly draining it.
What we did
We started by analysing the full catalogue, then rebuilt the account around it:
- Shopping and Search campaigns split by product category, so spend and bidding could be managed per category rather than as one blunt average. The worst-performing categories were identified and excluded, freeing budget for what actually sold.
- A Performance Max campaign to bring fresh traffic to the site — which also built an audience we then used for remarketing inside the Shopping campaigns.
The results
Since the partnership began, revenue through the Google Ads channel grew sixfold. Across the three campaign types we drove more than 13,300 conversions. (At the client's request, exact revenue figures aren't published here.)
